The invention provides a preparation method of disodium creatine phosphate to solve technical problems. The method has advantages of cheap and easily available raw materials, mild reaction conditions, simple and easily controlled process, and high yield and high purity of product. The method for preparing disodium creatine phosphate of the invention comprises the steps of: A. reacting a compound shown as a formula I or a formula II with phosphorous oxychloride under alkaline condition to generate a compound shown as a formula III; B. adding the compound shown as the formula III into a NaOH aqueous solution or an alkali sodium salt aqueous solution for hydrolysis; and C. adjusting a pH of the reaction solution from the step B after the hydrolysis to 8-9 to obtain the disodium creatine phosphate.
