titleOfInvention 1β-methyl carbapenem antibiotic intermediate in crystal form and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention provides a 1β-methyl carbapenem antibiotic intermediate in crystal form and a preparation method thereof. The X-ray diffraction pattern of the crystal of the 1β methyl carbapenem antibiotic intermediate provided by the present invention includes the X-ray diffraction peaks shown in the following 2θ angles: 11.65°±0.1° and 16.55°±0.1°, or 13.25° ±0.1°, 19.00°±0.1°, and 17.20°±0.1°. In addition, the present invention also provides a preparation method of the above-mentioned crystal. The crystal provided by the invention has good stability, separation and purity, and can obtain higher-quality 1β-methyl carbapenem antibiotics in a series of reactions.
