titleOfInvention Mi-iuy croaker culture method using deep-water cages
abstract The invention discloses a mi-iuy croaker culture method using deep-water cages. The mi-iuy croaker culture method using the deep-water cages includes the steps of firstly, selecting a mariculture area; secondly, distributing the cages; thirdly, throwing in fry; and fourthly, culturing in the separating cages. The mi-iuy croakers of different lengths are screened for culture in the separating cages and are fed with feed made of fish meal, soybean meal, fermented soybean meal, peanut meal, brewers' yeast, high protein flour, fish oil, vegetable oil, squid paste, soybean lecithin powder, carboxymethyl cellulose, composite vitamin additive, composite mineral additive, sodium dehydroacetate, butyl hydroxy anisd, citric acid and freshener. Different feeding methods are used to promote growth according to compensatory growth mechanisms of fishes and different hunger time of the compensatory growth mechanisms generated by the mi-iuy croakers of different lengths. The mi-iuy croakers cultured by the mi-iuy croaker culture method using the deep-water cages are high in survival rate and fast in weight gain. Fat content of the mi-iuy croakers is low. Flesh of the mi-iuy croakers contains high content of flavor compound. The cultured mi-iuy croakers have high quality.
