titleOfInvention Two-stage adsorption refrigeration cycle system
abstract The invention relates to a two-stage adsorption refrigeration cycle system, which is characterized in that it is composed of a primary adsorption bed, a secondary adsorption bed, a condenser, an evaporator, heat exchange tubes, valves and auxiliary pipelines. The primary adsorption bed is filled with heteroatom SAPO-34 molecular sieve; the secondary adsorption bed is filled with at least one of hydrophobic silica gel, activated carbon, pure silicon molecular sieve and MCM series mesoporous silicon oxide materials. In the two-stage adsorption refrigeration cycle of the present invention, the adsorption of the secondary adsorption bed can greatly stimulate the desorption process of the primary adsorption bed, and reduce the temperature of the driving heat source of the primary adsorption bed. The two-stage adsorption refrigeration cycle of the present invention has the advantages of low desorption temperature and large adsorption capacity of the adsorbent cycle, which is beneficial to reducing the volume of the system and improving the efficiency of the adsorption refrigeration system.
