titleOfInvention Low-temperature activated bleaching agent as well as preparation method and application thereof
abstract The invention relates to a low-temperature activated bleaching agent as well as a preparation method and an application thereof. The low-temperature activated bleaching agent is prepared from the following components by weight percentage: 0.1-1% of acetyl acetone metal complex, 1-10% of organic solvent, 10-20% of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, 0.2-1.0% of acetic acid and the balance of water. The preparation method comprises the steps of: uniformly mixing the fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene ether, the organic solvent and water; then slowly adding acetyl acetone metal complex, adding acetic acid under mechanical agitation, adjusting pH to 5-6, and then continuing to agitate for 2-3 hours at room temperature until a transparent liquid is generated. The invention also provides a batch-type bleaching method of the low-temperature activated bleaching agent for baffeta. The method is simple, low in cost, high in production efficiency, environment-friendly and energy-saving, and suitable for industrial use; and the bleaching temperature is reduced under the precondition of achieving an excellent bleaching effect, and fabric damage is also reduced.
