A liquid outlet of the low order heating storage tank is connected with a liquid inlet of the infusion pump, a liquid outlet of the infusion pump is respectively connected with a liquid inlet of the electro-deposition tank and a liquid inlet of the high order heating tank, a liquid returning port of the high order heating tank is respectively connected with a liquid inlet of the low order heating storage tank and the liquid inlet of the electro-deposition tank, a liquid discharging port of the electro-deposition tank is connected with a liquid inlet of the low order power-off tank, a liquid outlet of the low order power-off tank is connected with a liquid inlet of the circulation pump, a liquid outlet of the circulation pump is connected with the liquid inlet of the high order tank, and the electro-deposition tank is a multipole electro-deposition tank. The multipole type electro-deposition circulation system for preparing the plate-like metallic oxide electrode is simple in structure and high in working efficiency; high voltage and low currents are utilized for operating so that configuration power supply is low in costs and economical efficiency is good, and the prepared multipole type plate-like metallic oxide electrode is good in electro-catalysis performance.
