Candida tropicalis used for fermenting and producing ribonucleic acid and application thereof |
abstract |
The invention provides candida tropicalis used for fermenting and producing ribonucleic acid and an application of the candida tropicalis, and the candida tropicalis is characterized in that a conservation number of the candida tropicalis is CGMCC (China General Microbiological Culture Collection Center) No.4204. An RNA (ribonucleic acid) content of strain thallus ofthe candida tropicalis RJ-36 with the conservation number of CGMCC No.4204can reach 17% of dry weight of the thallus, and the RNA yield is 8% higher than an original strain. The strain is subjected to passage of more than ten generations, and the performance for producing the RNA is kept stable. |
