titleOfInvention Ultrasonic low frequency-high frequency coupled atomization biological reaction device
abstract The invention relates to an ultrasonic low frequency-high frequency coupled atomization biological reaction device. The device comprises a reactor tank system, a high-frequency ultrasonic atomization system and a low-frequency ultrasonic generation system, wherein the reactor tank system comprises a reactor tank (8) with a plurality of low-frequency ultrasonic vibrator bonding planes hierarchically arranged at different heights of the reactor tank (8); the low-frequency ultrasonic generation system comprises a plurality of low-frequency ultrasonic vibrators (11), and the low-frequency ultrasonic vibrators are fixed on the low-frequency ultrasonic vibrator bonding planes of the reactor tank (8) through a combination method of central bolts and gluing; and the high-frequency ultrasonic atomization system comprises a ultrasonic atomization cavity (1), wherein the ultrasonic atomization cavity is communicated with the reactor tank (8) through a droplet-flow center pipe (52), and a coupling of the ultrasonic low frequency-high frequency is realized. The device solves the amplification problem of the atomization reactor, and accelerates the update of material surface liquid films.
