The process is unique and skillful in design and is safe and reliable in operation; and because caustic soda is not adopted for deacidification and long-time deodorization, various beneficial active ingredients in the walnut oil are well maintained, and adverse effects of the conventional processing technology on the walnut oil and the active ingredients therein are avoided.
