abstract | The invention discloses a method for nano-gold hydrogel, which is simple and green, even in in-situ synthesis distribution, good in dispersibility, and good in stability under different environments. The method can be controlled from the temperature, to replace the surface active agent and the fixed nano-gold perssad-containing monomer used in the conventional nano-gold hydrogel synthesis method, so as to seek a simple, non-toxic and green nano-gold hydrogel synthesis method, so that the method not only is good in research value academically, but also is wide in application prospect on the production and application. The N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide with different concentrations can be selected to be taken as cross-linking agent, or the diameter parameter of preparing the nano-gold can be adjusted, so that the hydrogel with different mesh sizes can be prepared to meet the different requirements; and therefore, the effective control over the nano-particles with different diameters can be really realized to some degree. The synthesis method provided by the invention is simple and practical to operate, and the prepared polyacrylamide-nano-gold composite hydrogel is good in dispersibility, and very good in stability, and has environment sensitivity responsiveness such as pH and temperature. |
