titleOfInvention | Modified acrylic resin and application thereof in heat-set ink |
abstract | The invention discloses modified acrylic resin and an application thereof in plastisol. The modified acrylic resin has a core-shell structure, the glass transition temperature (Tg) is 60-95 DEG C, wherein the core is composed of monomers with small polarities and a glass-transition temperature (GTT) lower than 70 DEG C, and the shell is composed of monomers with large polarities and a GTT higher than 80 DEG C. The plastisol comprises modified acrylic resin, plasticizers, a viscosity stabilizer, a viscosity diluent, a wetting dispersant reagent, a colorant, a matting agent, a thickener rheological agent and other assistants. The preparing process of the modified acrylic resin is simple and environment-friendly. The plastisol has good storage stability and film forming softness simultaneously, and has the advantages that a screen is not blocked, the construction is fast and efficient, a coating is more firm, and the plastisol is more suitable for large-scale mechanized production compared with the existing mucilage. |
