titleOfInvention Novel diclazuril preparation and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a diclazuril preparation. Each 100 ml of absolute ethyl alcohol contains the following components: 0.5-1.0 g of diclazuril, 2-3 g of synergistic stabilizer and 2-3 g of cosolvent. According to the novel diclazuril preparation, the synergistic stabilizer and the cosolvent are joined for use, so that the stability of the water-soluble diclazuril is excellent. Proved by tests, effective components of the water-soluble diclazuril can be retained after the diclazuril is stored for 24 hours; after the water-soluble diclazuril is used for 30 minutes, the maximum value of the blood drug concentration can reach, and thus the absorption speed of the water-soluble diclazuril is proved to be very high; and no infection of animals using the drug caused by coccidium within 48 days is found, and thus the curative effect of the water-soluble diclazuril is proved to be durable.
