titleOfInvention | Method for detecting liver diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid-galactosyl-human serum albumin (GSA) uptake index |
abstract | The invention provides a method for detecting a liver diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid-galactosyl-human serum albumin (GSA) uptake index. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) labeling GSA through intravenous injection of technetium -99, and recording the dosage of the GSA as D0; 2) after the intravenous injection in the step 1) is finished, immediately performing dynamic data acquisition by using a single photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) to acquire functions that the radioactive counting of a heart, a liver and a lung changes along with the variation of time respectively in 30 minutes after injection, recording the functions as H(t), L(t) and Lu(t), drawing a region of interest (ROI) of the heart, the ROI of the lung and the ROI of the liver according to scanning images, and calculating an area AH of the ROI of the heart, an area ALu of the ROI of the lung and an area AL of the ROI of the liver; and 3) calculating the dosage UI of the GSA labeled by a radionuclide which is taken by the liver from peripheral blood in unit time according to data acquired through measurement in the step 2). The liver GSA uptake index UI acquired by the method can be effectively used for estimating and predicting liver functions. |
