abstract | The invention discloses black garlic chewing tablets and a preparation method thereof. The black garlic chewing tablets are prepared from the raw material components in percentage by weight: 3-6% of black garlic residue powder, 7-10% of xylitol and 84-90% of black rice flour. The preparation method of the black garlic chewing tablets comprises the following steps of (1) crushing fermented black garlic residue powder, and screening to obtain fine powder; (2) adding purified water to black rice, soaking at normal temperature, heating for steaming, taking out, drying, crushing and screening to obtain fine powder; and (3) adding purified water to the black rice flour obtained in the step (2), uniformly mixing, heating to obtain pulp, cooling to room temperature, respectively adding the black garlic residue fine powder prepared in the step (1), the black rice fine powder prepared in the step (2) and xylitol to the pulp according to the ratio, stirring uniformly, pelletizing, drying, finishing, and tabletting to obtain the black garlic chewing tablet finished product. |
