The enzymolysis effects of the specific protease, cellulose and pectinase is utilized for hydrolyzing large blocks of complicated-molecular-structure ingredients of the moringa leaves per se into smaller water-soluble high-bioavailability small molecular active substances, and then, high-yield and high-quality moringa extracts are obtained through a water extraction and ethanol precipitation method. |
