titleOfInvention Method for improving cathode performance of solid oxide fuel cell
abstract The invention belongs to the field of solid oxide fuel cells, in particular to a method for improving cathode performance of a solid oxide fuel cell. The method for improving the cathode performances of the solid oxide fuel cells is characterized in that an AB03 (an A-bit positive ion is an alkaline-earth metal, and a B-bit positive ion is a transition metal ion) cathode with a perovskite structure prepared at high temperature is treated with water and dried to obtain the cathode of the solid oxide fuel cell which has A-bit ion defect on the particle surface, increased porosity of a cathode layer and increased surface area of the cathode layer. The method for improving cathode performance of a solid oxide fuel cell can solve the problems that cathode porosity of an existing frequently-used low-and-medium temperature solid oxide fuel cell is low, surface active sites of the low-and-medium temperature solid oxide fuel cell are few, and oxygen reduction activity is poor caused by low surface oxygen vacancy concentration. The method for improving the cathode performance of the solid oxide fuel cell has the advantages that oxygen reduction activity of a cathode can be improved evidently, namely, polarization resistance of the cathode is reduced evidently, and accordingly great contribution for development of the low-and-medium solid oxide fuel cell is made.
