titleOfInvention Environment-friendly terylene cotton imitation full-handfeel finishing agent and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a terylene cotton imitation handfeel finishing agent, in particular to an environment-friendly terylene cotton imitation full-handfeel finishing agent and a preparation method thereof. The environment-friendly terylene cotton imitation full-handfeel finishing agent is prepared from the following raw materials In percentage by weight: 45 to 50 percent of deionized water, 4 to 6 percent of protective colloid, 30 to 40 percent of basic monomer, 5 to 8 percent of modified monomer, 2 to 5 percent of crosslinking monomer, 2 to 4 percent of emulsifier, and 0.1 to 0.8 percent of initiator, wherein the protective colloid is polyvinyl alcohol; the basic monomer consists of vinyl acetate and tertary carboxylic acid vinyl ester in a weight ratio of (2:1) to (1:2); the modified monomer is a combination of one or more of acrylic ester and acrylonitrile; and the crosslinking monomer is glycidyl methacrylate or glycidyl acrylate. A method is simple, and the terylene fabric can be endowed with excellent cotton texture, full and thick handfeel and good gloss by the finishing agent prepared by the method.
