The horizontal immersion cover type carbon supplement device used in the culture of the microalgae in the open pond comprises more than one or two covers (1) and gas distributors (2), wherein the gas distributors (2) are arranged at the bottom of the open pond, the covers (1) cover the gas distributors (2), each cover (1) is a cylinder with two open ends and is arranged along the flow direction of a culture solution, and openings at two ends of each cover (1) are a culture solution inlet (3) and a culture solution outlet (4) respectively; and the distance between each gas distributor (2) and the culture solution outlet (4) of each cover (1) is more than 40 cm. When microalgal cells are cultured in the open pond, carbon dioxide can be effectively utilized for carbon supplement, so that the production cost is greatly reduced. |
