The invention relates to a class of rhodamine fluorescent probes sensitive to pH changes. The fluorescent probe has the following general structural formula: The fluorescent probe molecule has a simple synthesis process, good chemical and photostability, and fluorescence is sensitive to pH changes. By introducing different amine groups, the fluorescent probe has different pKa values, and has good water solubility and biocompatibility. Sexuality, high fluorescence quantum yield, cell localization, and the pH value of the cell microenvironment can be detected. |
