The underwater light supplement system disclosed by the invention comprises an underwater part, a land part and a water-land connection part, wherein the underwater part is connected with the land part through the water-land connection part; the underwater part comprises an adjusting rod, an electric wire, a light supply sensor, and a waterproof LED (Light-Emitting Diode) light source; theland part comprises a solar cell and an LED light source control device; the solar cell is connected with the LED light source control device; the LED light source control device is connected with the underwater part through the electric wire; the water-land connection part comprises a drawing rope, a floater and a fixing pile; and one end of the drawing rope is connected with a center connectionpoint of the adjusting rod through the floater, and the other end of the drawing rope is connected with the fixing pile; and the floater floats on a water surface. According to the underwater light supplement system disclosed by the invention, the waterproof LED light source is commonly adjusted by the underwater light source sensor and the LED light source control device, so as to achieve intelligent control; and the underwater light supplement system is energy-saving, environment-friendly and simple and practical, and can be used for supplying light for the recovery and the growth of the submerged vegetations.
