titleOfInvention High-strength, high-efficiency and low-temperature SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention relates to a SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) catalyst and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a high-strength, high-efficiency and low-temperature SCR catalyst, which is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: (1) 20-60 percent of titanium dioxide, (2) 1-10 percent of fiber, (3) 0-5 percent of silica sol, (4) 0.1-1 percent of sulfuric acid, (5) 2-30 percent of manganous nitrate, (6) 0-30 percent of cerous nitrate and (7) 0-5 percent of ammonium molybdate or ammonium tungstate, and the balance of water, wherein the sum of the mass percent of the raw materials is 100 percent. The low-temperature SCR catalyst prepared with the method has the characteristics of high strength, high denitration efficiency and the like.
