abstract | The invention discloses a method for extracting essential oil and isolated natural flavor 2-hendecanone from a natural flavor plant zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim, which comprises the following steps: pretreating the zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim fruit by drying and pulverizing, extracting essential oil by steam distillation or subcritical fluid extraction, and purifying the essential oil by vacuum rectification to obtain the high-purity natural flavor 2-hendecanone (99%); or extracting liposoluble substances from zanthoxylum bungeanum maxim fruit by organic solvent extraction, recovering the solvent to obtain grease containing rich natural 2-hendecanone, and separating and purifying by rectification to obtain the high-purity natural flavor 2-hendecanone (99%). The method disclosed by the invention is simple and easy to operate, has the advantages of high extraction rate and low production cost, and is beneficial to implementing industrialized production. |
