titleOfInvention Method for preparing high-stability cellulose carbamate suspension
abstract The invention discloses a method for preparing high-stability cellulose carbamate suspension. The method comprises the following steps of: 1) preparing a strong-basicity inorganic oxide sol stable solvent: with water as a solvent, preparing an inorganic oxide precursor with the weight concentration of 5 to 20 percent and a urea aqueous solution with the weight concentration of 1 to 5 percent; adjusting the pH of the solution to 9-11 by using a sodium aqueous solution with the concentration of 5 to 15 mole/L in a stirring state; stirring the solution at the speed of 500 to 3,000 r/m for 4 hours until the solution is fully reacted, thus obtaining the strong-basicity inorganic oxide sol stable solvent, and dropwise adding sodium hydroxide aqueous solution while stirring, so as to keep the pH value of a system more than 9; and 2) adding a cellulose carbamate precursor with the weight concentration of 1 to 10 percent into the inorganic oxide sol stable solvent, back flowing for 6 hours, thus obtaining the high-stability cellulose carbamate suspension. The cellulose carbamate suspension prepared by the method is high in stability; the sedimentation proportion of the cellulose carbamate suspension in 100 hours is 5 percent; and the method is suitable for spinning, membrane making or other industrial machining of cellulose carbamate.
