titleOfInvention | Ideal amino acid mode of south peking duck and application thereof in low-protein daily ration |
abstract | The invention discloses an ideal amino acid mode of south peking duck and application thereof in low-protein daily ration. The ratios of lysine to methionine to sulphur amino acid to threonine to tryptophan in the ideal amino acid modes for 1-14-days-old south peking ducks and 15-42-days-old south peking duck are 100:45:76:70:22 and 100:48:86:75:20 respectively. According to the ideal amino acid mode of the south peking duck disclosed by the invention, the protein level in the daily ration of the peking duck can be reduced by 1% to 2% so as to achieve the aims of maintaining the growth performance and reducing the nitrogen content in the excrement. |
