titleOfInvention | Toxin producing algae detoxification technology, product and application of product |
abstract | The invention relates to a toxin producing algae detoxification technology, a product and application of the product, and belongs to the technical fields of environmental protection and resource utilization. The technology comprises the following steps of: 1, preparing a material to obtain algae powder or algae paste; 2, breaking walls to obtain wall broken algae liquid; 3, detoxifying to obtain detoxified algae liquid; and 4, neutralizing, and thus obtaining a detoxified final product. The technology can effectively remove algae toxin and thoroughly detoxify the toxin producing algae and is particularly suitable for detoxifying the algae with high algae toxin content, and the detoxified residual algae toxin content is lower than the algae toxin limit value (1 mu g/kg) in national drinking water standard; an alkali method is adopted for detoxification, so that tryptophan can be effectively protected from being destroyed, and cystine and methionine are protected from being oxidized; and by adopting a low heating temperature during detoxification, protein can be effectively protected from being destroyed, and the detoxified final product with high feeding value is finally obtained. The technology is controllable in parameters of each step and short in treatment period, and can be applied to industrialized production. |
