The technology is characterized in that ultrathin alternaria alternate activator protein is used for improving biological prevention activity of the trichoderma preparation, the technology is verified by a pastille medium method, an indoor potted living organism inoculation method and field plot drug effect test, the activator protein and the trichoderma preparation are mixed according to a proportion of 0.2 to 1.2: 1, the activator protein can remarkably improve the biological prevention effect of the triochoderma preparation for vegetable botrytis, downy mildew, powdery mildew and rhizoctonia solani through proper preparation, and a disease-prevention synergic coefficient can reach 2.03 to 13.75. By mixing the activator protein and the trichoderma preparation to use, not only can the prevention and control effect of the biological prevention preparation be improved, but also the slow acting problem of the trichoderma preparation which is likely to occur during the application process can be partially solved, and the field prevention and control effect of the trichoderma bacterial preparation can be improved. |
