titleOfInvention | Polypropylene material for economical automobile bumpers and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a polypropylene material for economical automobile bumpers and a preparation method thereof, relating to the technical field of materials. The polypropylene material for economical automobile bumpers comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-20 parts of talcum powder, 0.2-0.4 part of aluminate coupling agent, 0.2-0.4 part of zinc stearate, 58-69 parts of polypropylene, 6-10 parts of ethylene-butylene copolymer, 3-8 parts of ethylene propylene diene monomer, 3-8 parts of styrene-butadiene-styrene block polymer, 2-3 parts of polypropylene grafted maleic anhydride copolymer, 0.5-1 part of polypropylene cooling master batch, 0.01-0.02 part of antioxidant 1010, 0.01-0.02 part of antioxidant 168, 3-5 parts of alkali-free glass fiber, 0.05-1 part of silane coupling agent and small amount of toner. Compared with the prior art, the rubber, ethylene-butylene copolymer and alkali-free glass fiber are added to modify the polypropylene, thereby enhancing the shock resistance and ageing resistance of the material. |
