The main granularity of the andrographolide compound crystal is 40 to 70 microns, and the distribution width is 20 to 90 microns; and preferably the main granularity is 45 to 70 microns, and the distribution width is 25 to 90 microns. The andrographolide compound is high in stability, high in purity and suitable for preparing a medicinal composition.
