abstract The invention discloses a method for carrying out bee colony anaesthesia by utilizing a bee honeycomb anaesthesia device. The method comprises the following steps of: taking a honeycomb from a bee box, and placing the honeycomb in a honeycomb groove so as to place in a box body; introducing carbon dioxide in the box body through a guide tube, exhausting air in the box body, and moving a collecting tank and the honeycomb groove into the box body completely, wherein the honeycomb groove is subjected to local anaesthesia through carbon dioxide introduced in the box body; and stopping introducing the carbon dioxide after bees on the honeycomb are in full anaesthesia, shivering the bees to the collecting tank, and taking out anesthetic bees so as to be used for a bee biologic test. The method provided by the invention overcomes the defects that the number of the anesthetic living bodies is small and the pollution is easy to generate in the conventional method; the method has the characteristics that anaesthesia on bees can be carried out safely in batches, the anaesthesia quantity is large, the processing cost is low, the operability is strong and the like; and the method is suitable for a zoology poisonousness testing test of a great deal of bees, and is a preparing method of a zoology poisonousness testing test bee living body which is high efficiency, safe and economical.
