abstract Disclosing a kind of oxide for electrode catalyst and/or nitride carrier, this carrier is used for the electrode of high-molecular electrolyte fuel battery (PEFC).This carrier being used for electrode catalyst is the aggregation of the primary particle of the oxide of at least one metal in rare earth metal, alkaline-earth metal, transition metal, niobium, bismuth, stannum, antimony, zirconium, molybdenum, indium, tantalum and tungsten, and this aggregation is constructed such that at least 80% in the metal-oxide primary particle of a size of 5nm to 100nm is mutually assembled and combines and form dendroid or chain structure, and each in this dendroid or chain structure is made up of the described metal-oxide primary particle of more than 5.
