titleOfInvention | Sewage treatment method |
abstract | The invention discloses a sewage treatment method comprising the following steps of: (i) mixing an aluminum oxide solution with an ammonium carbonate solution; agitating uniformly to obtain poly-aluminum chloride for future use; (ii) mixing an acrylic amide solution with an acrylic acid solution; dripping a sodium hydroxide solution into the mixed solution to adjust the pH (Potential of Hydrogen) to be neutral; introducing nitrogen gas and adding an ammonium persulfate solution; shaking uniformly and adding a sodium hydrogensulfite solution to react to obtain polyacrylamide for future use; and (iii) taking sewage and adding the poly-aluminum chloride into the sewage; agitating and adding the polyacrylamide after fine suspension particles appear in the sewage; and agitating and standing after a flocculating constituent appears in the sewage. The sewage treatment method disclosed by the invention has the properties of short flocculating time, long storage time of the flocculating constituent, great impact strength of the flocculating constituent, high COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) removing rate and good de-coloring effect, and can be widely applied to the treatment of various types of the sewage, particularly papermaking middle-section sewage treatment. |
