abstract | The invention discloses a slight hydrogen sulfide removal device and method in acidic gas. Although many known conventional desulfurization methods exist in industrial production at present, many problems exist. The device disclosed by the invention comprises a bubbling absorber, a falling film absorption column, a first centrifugal pump, an oxydol elevated tank, a filter, a storage tank and a second centrifugal pump. The technological process comprises steps as follows: firstly, acidic gas exhaust containing hydrogen sulfide, which is generated in a reaction kettle, is introduced into the bubbling absorber containing oxydol; secondly, the gas treated by the bubbling absorber enters the falling film absorption column containing oxydol, and the gas is evacuated by a blower after the gas and oxydol solution are equidirectionally absorbed by the falling film; and finally, after sulfur, which is generated after the hydrogen sulfide in the bubbling absorber and the falling film absorption column is oxidized by the oxydol, reaches to a certain amount, the absorption liquid is driven into the filter to remove the sulfur, and is recirculated to return to the falling film absorption column, and thick oxydol is supplemented. The invention has the advantages of simple technological process, high practicality and high economy, and is simple to operate. |
