titleOfInvention Screening method for bentazone sensitive paddy
abstract The invention discloses a screening method for bentazone sensitive paddy, which comprises the following steps: sowing paddy seeds; raising seedlings; transplanting; after heading for 15-20 days, spraying a bentazone aqueous solution with mass percent concentration of 0.5%-0.8% to the plants; after 5-10 days, observing the growing condition of the paddy; if the plants are suffered in bentazone poisoned symptom, marking as suspected plants; harvesting seeds on a single suspected plant; taking a part of seeds and sowing; in a seedling stage, spraying the bentazone aqueous solution with mass percent concentration of 0.1%-0.8%; and if the plants are suffered in bentazone lethal symptom after spraying the bentazone aqueous solution, confirming the seeds harvested from the suspected plants as the seeds of the bentazone sensitive paddy. The primary screening for the bentazone sensitive paddy in the seed mature period is the technical core of the screening method provided by the invention. According to the screening method, the seed selection is brought forward for one generation; the sowing area is efficiently reduced; the screening efficiency is greatly increased; the cost is saved; and the screening method is especially suitable for the screening for target plants when the bentazone sensitive paddy is cultivated in a form of mutation breeding or crossbreeding.
