titleOfInvention Preparation method for synthetic anti-wear hydraulic oil
abstract The invention provides a preparation method for synthetic antiwear hydraulic oil. The synthetic anti-wear hydraulic oil is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: base oil comprising 32-84 parts of TMP (Trimethylolpropane)-heptanoate or 48-60 parts of adipate, or 35-94 parts of pentaerythritol ester, or 11-27 parts of mineral oil or 8-9 parts of propylene polymer and additives comprising 1-2 parts of zinc dialkyl dithiophosphate, 0.5-1 part of sulfurized isobutylene, 0.5-1 part of dibutyl phosphite,1-2 parts of tricresyl phosphate, 0.5-1 part of 3,5-di-tert4-hydroxyphenyl propionic iso-alkyl ester, 0.1-0.5 part of alkenyl succinic acid ester, 0.5-1 part of butylated hydroxytoluene, 0.2-1 part of mahogany petroleum sulfonate, or 0.3-0.5 part of barium dinonyl napthalene sulphonate, or 0.1-0.3 part of thiadiazole derivatives or 0.1-0.3 part of benzotriazole derivatives or 0.01-0.05 part of amine and epoxide condensate or 0.01-0.05 part of ethylene oxide block ether. The preparation method comprises the following steps: during preparation, adding the selected component of the base oil into a kettle and stirring at the temperature of 50-60DEG C for 2-3 hours for later use; during preparation, adding the selected component of the additives into the kettle and stirring at the temperature of 60-70DEG C for 2-2.5 hours for later use; and mixing base oil components with additive components and uniformly dissolving to obtain finished product oil.
