titleOfInvention Master batch for solar backing base membrane and preparation method thereof
abstract The invention aims to disclose a master batch for a solar backing base membrane and a preparation method thereof. A formula of the master batch consists of the following substances in percentage by weight: 28-45 percent of thermoplastic resin, 40-70 percent of an inorganic additive, 1-10 percent of a dispersing agent and 1-5 percent of an antioxidant. Compared with the prior art, the master batch prepared according to the formula has excellent dispersing performance and high polyester compatibility; a solar backing base membrane produced by adding 25 percent of the master batch into polyester through a bidirectional stretching process has a soft, flat and smooth surface; the master batch is free from lap marks, tears, particles, air bubbles and needle holes, has the elongation at break of over 110 percent, the tensile breaking strength of over 160MPa, the water vapor permeation rate of less than 1.7 percent and the whiteness of over 94, and is widely applied to solar backing base membranes; and the aims of the invention are fulfilled.
