titleOfInvention Method for preparing butin from Vernonia anthelmintica fruits
abstract The invention relates to a method for preparing butin from Vernonia anthelmintica fruits. The method uses the Vernonia anthelmintica fruits as a raw material comprises the following steps: extracting with an organic solvent, mixing resulting extracts to obtain a mixed extract, carrying out reduced pressure concentration on the mixed extract, adding water to disperse, carrying out column chromatography with a macroporous resin or a polyamide as a carrier, eluting a column bed with water, discarding the resulting water eluate, eluting the column bed with ethanol water, collecting the resulting eluate, concentrating the resulting eluate to obtain crdue butin, carrying out silica gel silica gel or reverse phase silica gel or sephadex column chromatography on the crude butin to obtain pure butin. The method which is simple to operate provides a good approach for obtaining butin.
