abstract The invention discloses a preparation method of Ba6Zr2Nb8O30 ceramic with a porous structure. The preparation method comprises the following steps of: utilizing BaCO3, ZrO2 and Nb2O5 powder; ball milling, pre-burning and ball milling mixture of the powder to obtain treated powder; and tabletting and then sintering the treated powder, wherein the sintering temperature is 1,250 DEG C and the sintering time is 5 hours. The Ba6Zr2Nb8O30 ceramic with the porous structure is obtained by using the preparation method provided by the invention; required equipment and preparation process are simple; the raw material cost is low; the Ba6Zr2Nb8O30 ceramic of the porous structure can be obtained without any pore forming agent under the conditions of certain sintering temperature and sintering time; the corresponding porous ceramic voltage endurance characteristic can reach 15 kV/mm; and the ceramic basically has no strain at external voltage.
