titleOfInvention Method for treating vanadium pentoxide wastewater and circularly utilizing resources
abstract The invention discloses a method for treating vanadium pentoxide wastewater and circularly utilizing resources. The method comprises the following steps of: (1), carrying out a reduction reaction; (2), neutralizing sediment; (3), filtering; (4), adsorbing by activated carbon; and (5), removing salt by capacitive adsorption. According to the method provided by the invention, the vanadium pentoxide wastewater is deeply treated to change the wastes into wealth, and when the vanadium pentoxide wastewater is treated, the sodium salt with high concentration in the wastewater is fully utilized, so that the wastewater is regenerated and recycled. The method, provided by the invention, has the advantages of simple equipment, low operation cost and free secondary pollution, the recycled wastewater containing the sodium salt with high concentration can be discharged into a salt water pool for ball forming and reused as salt water for salting and ball forming, and the regenerated reuse water can be taken as water for soaking vanadium in a digestion station and recycled in a production process, so that the resource utilization rate can be improved, the environmental pollution problem caused by wastewater discharge can be completely solved, the wastewater contaminant reaches zero release, and the economic benefit is improved.
