abstract | The invention discloses a content measuring method for a folium eucalypti fatty acid. The method comprises the following steps of: performing methyl esterification (or ethyl esterification) treatment on an equivalent folium eucalypti (including tree species such as eucalyptus urophylla, eucalyptus urophylla x E. grandis, eucalyptus grandis and the like) grease sample or folium eucalypti extract with a sulfuric acid-methanol solution; qualitatively and quantitatively measuring chemical components by using a gas chromatograph-mass spectrometer (GC-MS) under a specific chromatogram, heating procedure and mass spectrum condition; and computing the content of each component. The measuring method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of short measuring time, low detection sample consumption, large quantity of detected fatty acid components, high detection efficiency, easiness for operating, high accuracy, high stability and the like, the defect of great influence of a GC-MS detection condition on measured data is overcome, and technical supports are provided for wood genetic breeding or reasonable utilization of folium eucalypti resource and the like; and the method is very suitable for rapidly analyzing the chemical components of the folium eucalypti fatty acid. |
