abstract | The invention discloses sulfate paper pulp for producing three-filtration paper and a production method for the sulfate paper pulp. The sulfate paper pulp is obtained by sulfate digestion pulping of needle leave wood chips, aerobic lignin removal and D0EOD1P bleaching, wherein the air permeability of the paper pulp is not less than 550mm/S under the conditions that the chips are quantified to be 95g/m<2>; the dust of which the area is 0.05 to 1.0mm<2> does not exceed 25mm<2>/500g, the dust of which the area is 1.0 to 5.0mm<2> does not exceed 20mm<2>/500g, and the dust of which the area is over 5.0mm<2> is not allowed; the ash content does not exceed 0.3 weight percent; and when the beating degree is 450SR and the chips are quantified to be 60g/m<2>, the paper pulp has the mechanical strength that the tensile index is not less than 68N.m/g, the bursting index is not less than 5.0kPa.m<2>/g and the tearing index is 8 to 9mN.m<2>/g. |
