titleOfInvention | Sealing and antirust oil composition |
abstract | The invention relates to a sealing and antirust oil composition. The composition comprises, by weight, 80-90 parts of a No. 8 synthetic hydrocarbon type aviation lubricant as base oli, 0.1-3.0 parts (preferably 0.5-2.5 parts) of dodecencylsuccinic acid diethanolamide as an antirust agent A, 9-18 parts (preferably 11-17 parts) of sulfurized calcium alkyl as a metal cleaning agent B, 0.01-1.0 parts (preferably 0.05-0.8 parts) of a benzotriazole metal deactivator C, and 0.005-0.4 parts (preferably 0.01-0.2 parts) of an ash-free dispersing agent D, wherein the ash-free dispersing agent D comprises at least one material selected from a D1 compound, a D2 compound, a D3 compound and a D4 compound. The composition of the present invention has good mobility and inhibition of engine oil deposition at a high temperature, can meet the three-year long-term oil seal requirement of the engine, and is particularly suitable for the sealing of the aircraft turbine engine fuel system. |
