titleOfInvention | Surface wrapping method for upconversion fluorescent nano material |
abstract | The invention belongs to the technical field of intersection of photonics and materials science. Based on an idea of researching a simple upconversion fluorescent nano material wrapping method which is high in efficiency and biological compatibility, bovine serum albumin is used as a surface active agent and used for wrapping the surface of an upconversion fluorescent nano material in a tetrahydrofuran and water mixed solution subjected to ultrasonic dispersion by using an anti-solvent method; and then glutaraldehyde is added and linked with bovine serum albumin molecules on the surface of the nano material, so that the stability of a surface wrapping layer is improved. A surface wrapping agent is an albumen molecule extracted from an organism and has extremely high biological compatibility; and convenience is supplied to development of a research on living body imaging by the upconversion fluorescent nano material. |
