The invention relates to a thermal impact and alkali steam corrosion resistant flexible sealant and a use method thereof. The sealant comprises, by weight, 50-80 parts of epoxy modified silicone resins, 5-30 parts of curing agents, 5-25parts of barium sulfate, 1-15 parts of titanium dioxide, 2-10 parts of aluminum silicate, 1-4 parts of bentonite, 1-5 parts of carbon black, 0-40 parts of aluminum powder, 0-10 parts of zirconia and 35-65 parts of solvents. The sealant is uniformly brushed on the surface of an aluminum coating, complete curing is achieved within 24 to 36 hours at room temperature, the sealant is capable of sealing pores of an electric arc spraying aluminum coating to be well combined with the aluminum coating, good performances of thermal impact and alkali steam corrosion resistances are achieved, and the service life and the safety of the device operation can be remarkably improved. |
