According to the device for comprehensively treating the water body, the amount of water to be treated is controlled by adjusting the size of the pre-treater, and increasing the number and unit treatment amount of the catalytic oxidation reactors; and meanwhile, the whole device can be used in a cordwood multi-stage parallel connection mode, so that the water body with large capacity can be treated efficiently and comprehensively; and the device has a simple structure, long service life and a good comprehensive treatment effect.
