titleOfInvention Equipment for rapidly removing iron in slurry
abstract The invention provides a process and equipment for rapidly removing iron in slurry and belongs to a magnetic separation field of separating solid materials in fluid. The equipment comprises a slurry cylinder; a magnetic rod group is arranged in the slurry cylinder; a sealed air chamber is arranged at the upper end of the slurry cylinder; an elastic rubber casing pipe is arranged in the sealed air chamber; the magnetic rod group rises after a magnetic rod absorbs iron chips for certain time; when the magnetic rod passes through the elastic rubber casing pipe, the elastic rubber casing pipe and the magnetic rod are separated; the elastic rubber casing pipe protrudes towards the outer wall of the magnetic rod under an air pressure effect and is pressed on the outer wall of the magnetic rod; then the magnetic rod group falls down; the iron chips on the magnetic rod are adhered to the elastic rubber casing pipe after being removed; and the magnetic rod group continues to fall and reset, so that a primary iron removing process is completed. Compared with the prior art, motion states of the magnetic rod only have a rising process and a falling process. Furthermore, when the magnetic rod falls down, the iron chips not only can be removed but also can be absorbed in the slurry, so as to greatly reduce the time of removing the iron of each time and improve the production efficiency.
