titleOfInvention | Application of chitosan oligosaccharide in increasing number of flower buds |
abstract | The invention relates to an application of chitosan oligosaccharide in increasing the number of flower buds. The invention also provides a method by utilizing a composition containing the chitosan oligosaccharide to promote the differentiation of flower buds or increasing the number of the flower buds, which is characterized in that the composition is used for treating crops at different development stages of a current year or a previous year, wherein the composition is applied at a seedling stage or in the germination period, in a period before the flowering of the crops, in the flowering period of the crops or in the period after the flowering of the crops, or the composition is sequentially applied at the seedling stage or in the germination period, in the period before the flowering, in the flowering period and in the period after the flowering of the crops, and the weight percentage of the chitosan oligosaccharide in the composition is 0.0035 to 0.0195 percent. The chitosan oligosaccharide can effectively promote the differentiation of the flower buds or increase the number of the flower buds, and a universal positive effect on promoting the differentiation of the flower buds or increasing the number of the flower buds can be realized. |
