titleOfInvention Detection method of residual content of paraquat in environment
abstract The invention provides a detection method of the residual content of paraquat in an environment. Aiming to overcome the defects that the accuracy and the precision of the detention of the residual content of the paraquat in the prior art are not high and the residual content of the paraquat in the soil cannot be detected, the invention provides the detection method of the residual content of the paraquat in the environment. The detection method mainly comprises four steps of: preparing a paraquat standard solution, drawing a standard curve, pre-treating a sample, and detecting a testing solution to calculate the concentration of the paraquat in the sample. The detection method disclosed by the invention has the advantages of accuracy and convenience, rapidness and effectiveness; and the relative standard deviation of the detection method is less than 10% so that the detection method is suitable for the environment of detecting the residual content of the paraquat.
