titleOfInvention Method for detecting concentration of copper ions in water environment through spectrophotometry
abstract The invention relates to a method for detecting concentration of copper ions in water environment, in particular to the method for detecting concentration of the copper ions in water environment through spectrophotometry. The method comprises the following steps of: adding organic phase dissolved with copper chromogenic agent into water containing the copper ions; fully mixing the chromogenic agent solution and the water containing the copper ions, complexing the copper chromogenic agent and the copper ions so as to enter the organic phase, and layering the water containing the copper ions and the chromogenic agent solution; and after drying the chromogenic agent solution, judging the concentration of the copper ions according to absorbance of the organic phase through spectrophotometry directly. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that: the required detection agent is less, the cost is low, the operation is simple and quick; organic solution prepared by the detection agent has good stability, and can be stored for a long time without being deteriorated; and waste liquid of the detection agent after detection can be recovered and reused after being processed, so that secondary pollution is avoided.
