titleOfInvention | Hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-polytetrahydrofuran triblock copolymer and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention relates to a hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene-polytetrahydrofuran triblock copolymer and a preparation method thereof, wherein A represents polytetrahydrofuran, and B represents polybutadiene. The obtained block copolymer is that polytetrahydrofuran chain segments are introduced at the two ends of the low molecular weight hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (HTPB) through cationic ring-opening polymerization reaction, so that good low-temperature mechanical property of the HTPB is kept; and due to introduction of a polyether chain, the polarity of an HTPB main chain is increased, so that the compatibility of the HTPB with a polar small molecular component during mixing can be improved, and the application range of the HTPB is expanded. The block copolymer can be applied in the fields of preparing polyurethane elastomer, a pressure-sensitive adhesive, a hot-melt adhesive, a high-performance coating, a solid rocket propellant grain adhesive and the like. |
