titleOfInvention | Porous microgels and preparation method thereof |
abstract | The invention discloses porous microgels and a preparation method of the porous microgels, relates to micro-hydrogel and provides porous microgels with nano-size holes on the surface and a function of better hydrophilic drug adsorption as well as a preparation method of the porous microgels. The average grain diameter of the porous microgels is between 0.3 and 0.5 microns, the surface average aperture is between 10 and 50nm, the porous microgels can be prepared in a way that a hydrophilic monomer and an amphipathic low polymer are subjected to inverse emulsion polymerization initiated by free radical in the presence of a cross-linking agent, wherein a molecule chain of the amphipathic low polymer is provided with a polymerizabile double-bond, the two ends of which are respectively connected with a hydrophilic chain section and a lyophobic chain section, and the hydrophilic monomer can be crylic acid, methacrylic acid, 2-methyl-2-propylene acylamino propanesulfonic acid or acrylamide; and the amphipathic low polymer is maleic acid long chain fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene double ester. Not only can the amphipathic low polymer be used as a monomer to participate in polymerization reaction, but also the amphipathic low polymer is used as a surfactant to stabilize the lyophobic polymer, so that the microgels with the nanopores on the surface can be synthetized in one step. |
